DOLLY PARTON hails from Pittman Center, Tennessee and made her debut in 1967.
This track will be featured on her upcoming album: “ROCKSTAR,” which will be released on November 11th.
According to a statement, Dolly said of the new track:
“I think it speaks about everything and to everyone this day and time. I hope it is something that will touch you and maybe touch enough people to want to make a change for the better.”
