Best Fireworks Throughout the IE on the 4th of July

Fireworks will be exploding above the Inland Empire on Tuesday, July 4.
But crowds will also be watching the skies at pyrotechnics shows scheduled before then — some as early as this weekend.
Here are highlights of Independence Day celebrations, from fireworks shows to concerts, across the region.
Riverside County
CORONA
The city is hosting the Main Street USA Independence Day Parade on Tuesday, July 4, at 9 a.m.
The parade will go down Main Street, from Ontario Avenue to Olive Street. Afterward, entertainment, food vendors and a fireworks show will be at Santana Park, 598 Santana Way, starting at 5 p.m.

EASTVALE
A fireworks display is set for Saturday, June 24, at Eastvale Community Park.
The fireworks, scheduled for 9 p.m., are part of the three-day Picnic in the Park, which will include tribute bands, food vendors, carnival rides, games and contests. The event is hosted by the Jurupa Community Services District. The hours are 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, June 23; 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, June 24; and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, June 25.
Admission is $5 per day. Carnival and Fun Zone tickets are sold separately. The park is at 12750 Citrus St.

JURUPA VALLEY
The 25th annual 3rd of July Fireworks Show is set for Monday, July 3.
The event, hosted by the Jurupa Area Recreation & Park District, will be at Vernola Family Park, 5211 Wineville Ave. It will run from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. In addition to fireworks, the event will have food, live music, games and a fun zone. Entry for those 5 and older and parking are $5 each.

MENIFEE
The city’s Independence Celebration will be Saturday, June 24, at Wheatfield Park.
The event, set for 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., will include a community parade, a kids’ zone ($15 wristbands are required), food and craft vendors, a beer garden and live music. Fireworks will be at 9 p.m. The park is at 30627 Menifee Road.
The parade will begin at 5 p.m. and take place on La Piedra Road. Parking will be at Mt. San Jacinto College’s Menifee Valley Campus.

MORENO VALLEY
The city’s annual Fourth of July parade will start at Frederick Street and Alessandro Boulevard and run from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, July 4.
Afterward, the Family FunFest is set for the Civic Center Amphitheater, 14075 Frederick St., from 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy a beer garden, food vendors, live entertainment and fireworks.
Those arriving between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. can enter the FunFest for free. After 4 p.m., tickets will be $3 per person. Military personnel and children under 5 are free.

MURRIETA
Before Independence Day celebrations begin, fireworks will appear over Murrieta on Saturday, June 24, as part of the city’s 32nd Birthday Bash.
The event, which marks the 32nd anniversary of Murrieta’s cityhood, will feature vendors and headliner musicians K-Tel All Stars. The event will be at California Oaks Sports Park, 40600 California Oaks Road, and is set to start at 2 p.m. The bash also will include the popular hose down by firefighters, food vendors, and a fireworks show at 9 p.m.

NORCO
The city’s Tuesday, July 4, events will include two major events.
The Mayor’s Equestrian Trail Ride and Costume Contest will begin at 8:30 a.m. with registration at Ingalls Event Center, 3737 Crestview Drive. Later, the Patriotic Picnic in the Park will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pikes Peak Park, 97 Sixth Street. It will feature live music, crafts and contests.

PERRIS
The city’s first 4th of July Fireworks Celebration will be Saturday, July 1, at Morgan Park.
The event, set for 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., will include arts and crafts, food vendors and a showing of the movie “The Sandlot.” Fireworks area at 9 p.m. The park is at 600 E. Morgan St.

RIVERSIDE
The city’s “fireworks extravaganzas” on Tuesday, July 4, are set for two sites: Mount Rubidoux and La Sierra Park.
Both free fireworks shows are at 9 p.m. La Sierra Park is at 5215 La Sierra Ave.; Mount Rubidoux is at 4706 Mt. Rubidoux St. Spectators are urged to bring refreshments and blankets. The display at Mount Rubidoux will mark a return to the site after a three-year absence. The Riverside City Council voted in October to return the show to the mountaintop after hosting it at nearby Ryan Bonaminio Park in 2021 and 2022.

RIVERSIDE
Riverside’s Evergreen Memorial Historic Cemetery is hosting its Front Row Fireworks event Tuesday, July 4.
It will feature food vendors, live music, tours and kids’ activities and a close-up view of the fireworks atop nearby Mount Rubidoux. Proceeds will support the cemetery.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 3 to12. Admission is free for active military personnel and children 2 and younger. Parking is $10. The cemetery is at 4414 14th St.

RIVERSIDE
The Concert for Heroes, an annual tribute to veterans, is set for Monday, July 3, at the Riverside National Cemetery Amphitheater.
The free event, which will feature the Riverside Philharmonic, is set for 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring flashlights and chairs or blankets. The cemetery is at 22495 Van Buren Blvd.

SAN JACINTO
The city is hosting a parade and festival Tuesday, July 4.
The parade will begin at 9 a.m. on Main Street, between Vernon and Jordan avenues. Afterward, a food truck festival will take place from 10 a.m. to noon on Main Street.

TEMECULA
The city’s annual 4th of July Extravaganza will take place Tuesday, July 4.
The free event will begin at 10 a.m. with a parade that starts at the south end of Old Town Temecula and continues north on Old Town Front Street. Afterward, food vendors, music and a Kids Fun Zone will be at Ronald Reagan Sports Park, 30875 Rancho Vista Road, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fireworks are at 9 p.m.

San Bernardino County
CHINO
The city will host a two-day Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, June 30, and Saturday, July 1, at Ruben S. Ayala Park.
A carnival is set for Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. with food, retail booths and carnival rides and games. On Saturday, the carnival will open at 1 p.m. and entertainment will start at 5 p.m. with a performance from Thank-U Drive Thru. Fireworks are at 9 p.m.

CHINO HILLS
The city’s annual Independence Day Celebration and Concert is set for Monday, July 3, at Veterans Park.
Festivities will begin at 5 p.m. with live music, a patriotic stilt walker, strolling magician and a juggling showman. The event also will feature game booths, inflatable games, face painting, crafts and a balloon artist. The Chino Valley Young Marines will present the colors at 6:30 p.m. A Journey tribute band will perform from 6:45 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The city’s 4th of July Celebration is set for Saturday, July 1, at Summit High School.
The free event will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on campus, 15551 Summit Ave.

ONTARIO
The city’s Independence Day Parade will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 4.
It will travel down Euclid Avenue in downtown, starting at Fourth Street and heading south to B Street.

The All States Picnic will be held in Ontario Town Square on Tuesday, July 4.
The event is set for 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature games, family activities and vendors. The Ontario Chaffey Community Show Band will perform at 11 a.m. A Patriotic Pooch Contest for dogs dressed in patriotic costumes will be at noon.

ONTARIO
The city’s fireworks show is set for Tuesday, July 4, at Westwind Park.
The gates will open at 5 p.m. and Liquid Blue will perform at 6 p.m. Fireworks are at 9 p.m. Parking will be available at the Ontario Police Department and a shuttle service will run between the department and the park. Riverside Drive will close at 3 p.m. between Archibald and Vineyard avenues.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA
The city’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular will be at LoanMart Field on Tuesday, July 4.
The event is set for 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The Latin-funk-R&B band SOTO will perform. Tickets are $15 each or $125 for a table of four. No tickets will be sold at the event but they can be purchased online or by calling the box office at 909-477-2752.

REDLANDS
The city’s 56th Redlands Fourth of July Celebration is set for Tuesday, July 4, at Sylvan Park and Moore Middle School.
Festivities at Sylvan Park will begin at 9 a.m. and include free activities such as live music, games and a parade. Moore Middle School will host a fireworks show, for which $12 tickets can be purchased online. Discounted tickets also can be bought in advance at the City Clerk’s office and Gerrards Market. General admission to the Sylvan Park and Moore Middle School events is $15, but children 3 and under are free.

RIALTO
The city’s 4th of July Celebration is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, at Jerry Eaves Park.
Presale tickets are $25 and available through Monday, July 3. A ticket gets guests a reserved parking space and five unlimited-access wristbands. The event will include fireworks, live music, games, activities and food vendors. The park is at 1485 N. Ayala Drive.

UPLAND
The city’s Light Up The Night Fireworks Spectacular will be at Cable Airport on Tuesday, July 4.
The event starts at 4:30 p.m. with an airplane display. It also will feature games, contests and live entertainment. Fireworks are at 9 p.m. Tickets can be bought at Magnolia Recreation Center, Gibson Senior Center and Upland City Hall for $10 until Monday, July 3. They can be purchased July 4 for $15 at Magnolia Recreation Center.

Los Angeles County
CLAREMONT
The city’s Claremont Village Freedom 5,000 Run/Walk is set for Saturday, July 1, at Memorial Park.
The 1K Kids Fun Run will start at 7:30 a.m., followed by the 5K run at 8 a.m. and the 5K walk at 8:05 a.m. The Kids Fun Run is for those 12 and under. The park is at 840 N. Indian Hill Blvd.
Pre-registration will end Thursday, June 29, at 11:59 p.m.

CLAREMONT
The city’s Fourth of July festival will be at Memorial Park on Tuesday, July 4, starting at 7 a.m.
A pancake breakfast will be served by the Kiwanis Club from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. A flag-raising ceremony is set for 9 a.m. and will include presentations for the grand marshal, honored citizen and honored community group. A festival with entertainment, food and children’s activities will follow the ceremony and run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

CLAREMONT
The city’s annual Fourth of July parade will start at 10 a.m. at Memorial Park on Tuesday, July 4.
The parade will travel south on Indian Hill Boulevard, move west on Harrison Avenue and end at Larkin Park. The parade will include bands, floats, specialty vehicles, musical and novelty groups and dignitaries. Residents can join the parade on bike as part of the Kids on Bikes entry that will lead the parade.

CLAREMONT
The city’s fireworks show and a concert are set for Pomona College’s Strehle Track at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 4.
Upstream, a reggae band, will perform from 6:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Fireworks are at 9 p.m. The Kiwanis will stage a barbecue dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance at Alexander Hughes Community Center, Claremont City Hall, Vons and the gate.

Boy Scout Troop 411 will host a pancake breakfast at La Verne United Methodist Church on Tuesday, July 4.
The event, which will celebrate the holiday, is set for 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Breakfast is $7 and will include three pancakes and three sausages. The church is at 3205 D St.

LA VERNE
The city’s Honoring Our Past, Protecting Our Future parade will be Tuesday, July 4, at 10 a.m.
The parade will start at the corner of 10th and D streets and move south. For a full map, click here. Attendees may place chairs and blankets to reserve areas on the route 24 hours in advance. Street closures for the parade will start at 9:30 a.m. A pre-parade motorcycle ride will start at 9:40 a.m. before the rest of the parade.

The city’s July 4 celebration, which will include fireworks, is set for 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, at Bonita High School.
