Banning
Trunk or Treat: Banning Parks and Recreation presents its Spooktacular Trunk or Treat 4-6 p.m. Oct. 26 at 789 N. San Gorgonio Ave. Admission is free and event includes food vendors. Information: 951-922-3242.
Eastvale
Festival: The city presents “Eek!Vale Halloween Festival” from 4-10 p.m. Oct. 19 at 13200 Citrus St. The free event features a haunted house, beer garden, food vendors and other activities.
Jurupa Valley
Spooktacular: Zombie lazer tag, games, a dance party and more will be presented 4-9 p.m. Oct. 26 at Rancho Jurupa Regional Sports Park, 5249 Crestmore Road. Wristbands for unlimited attractions are available for $5 online. Information: www.jarpd.org.
Menifee
Fall Festival: Live entertainment, food and craft vendors and more can be found 4-8 p.m. Oct 19 at Mt. San Jacinto College, 28237 La Piedra Road. The event is free for all to attend. Bring a full-sized toiletry item to support Domestic Violence Awareness Month and receive a free kid-zone wristband.

Chino Hills
Trick or Treat: The city offers trick-or-treating 3-5 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Shoppes at Chino Hills, 13920 City Center Drive. Participants are asked to bring their own treat bags, and activities include crafts, photo booth and a costume contests starting at 4 p.m. for children 12 and younger and for families. Fontana
Halloween Trick-or-Treat Alley: Families can visit three community centers for trick-or-treating, costume parades, games and more from 2-5 p.m. Oct. 26. Free events will be hosted at the Cypress Center, 8380 Cypress Ave.; Jessie Turner Center, 15556 Summit Ave.; and Don Day Center, 14501 Live Oak Ave.
Grand Terrace
Trunk or Treat: Free candy and treats are available at this free event, 5-8 p.m. Oct. 31 at 22456 Barton Road, in the Walgreen’s back parking lot.
Montclair
Halloween Spooktacular: This family-friendly free event featuring costume contests, a maze, games, music and more will be held 6-9 p.m. Oct 26 at Montclair Place, 5060 N. Montclair Plaza Lane. Guests are asked to bring their own bags for trick-or-treating.
Ontario
Trunk or Treat: The free city-sponsored event featuring games, treats, food vendors, decorated trunks, a drone show and more will be held 4:30-8 p.m. Oct. 25 at Westwind Park, 2455 E. Riverside Drive.
Rancho Cucamonga
Spooktacular 2024: Carnival games, a trunk or treat and more will be presented 3-6 p.m. Oct. 19 at the RC Sports Center, 8303 Rochester Ave. Activity wristbands start at $10 and can be purchased on-site.
Redlands
Plane or Treat: Decorated planes, a bounce house, dessert vendor and plenty of candy away guests from 3-6 p.m. Oct. 27 at Redlands Municipal Airport, 1755 Sessums Drive.
Olive Avenue Halloween Extravaganza: Bounce houses, photo opps with spooky characters, food vendors, live entertainment and treats will be provided 4-7 p.m. Oct. 31 on Olive Avenue, which will remain closed until 9 p.m. for safe trick-or-treating.
Rialto
Halloween Hi-Jinks 2024: This family-friendly event featuring a haunted maze, costume contest, pumpkin carving and more is from 5:30-9:30 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Rialto Civic Center on Willow Avenue between First Street and Rialto Avenue. Admission is free but full-access wristbands are available in advance for $5. Information: 909-421-4949.
San Bernardino
Cult Cinema Collective: The city and Garcia Center for the Arts presents a free screening of “Beetlejuice” beginning at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Roosevelt Bowl, 925 E. Highland Ave. All ages are welcome.
Trick or Treat: A Halloween Spooktacular with family-friendly costume contests, magic shows and more is 5-9 p.m. Oct. 25 at Al Guhin Park, 3664 Little League Drive.
Upland

Trick-or-Treat Event: The Pomona Public Library hosts a free, family-friendly event featuring Halloween crafts, spooky train rides and more 2:30-5 p.m. Oct. 30 at the Civic Center Plaza, 625 S. Garey Ave.
Haunted House at Palomares: This free event will have games and a costume contest from 6-9 p.m. Oct. 25 and 26. It will be held at Palomares Park, 499 E. Arrow Highway.
Claremont
Halloween Spooktacular: The free event features carnival games, costume contests, spooky stories and more and will be held from 2-5 p.m. Oct. 19 at Lewis Park, 881 Syracuse Drive. Information: ci.claremont.ca.us.
La Verne
Heritage Foundation Pumpkin Patch: The foundation is celebrating 33 years of the event, which features a pumpkin patch, tractor rides, and animals. It’s open Fridays 4-8 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays 10 a.m.-8 p.m. through Oct. 27 at Heritage Park, 5001 Via de Mansion. Information: 909-593-2862.
San Dimas
