18th Annual Blue Mountain Hike in Grand Terrace on 3/1

The City of Grand Terrace is hosting their 18th Annual Blue Mountain Hike event on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
The event will be held at the corner of Palm Avenue and Honey Hill Drive, weather permitting. Participants can park on the street and are encouraged to start their hike up the mountain between 8 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Hikers must begin their descent no later than 12:00 p.m. and return to the staging area by 1:30 p.m.
Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome to join the adventure, but owners must clean up after their pets. All participants are required to complete a liability waiver form, available on the City’s website at www.grandterrace-ca.gov. While forms will be provided at the event, hikers are encouraged to bring a completed form for faster check-in. Guardians must sign a waiver on behalf of any accompanied minors.
The hike covers a 3.24-mile round trip with an elevation gain of 1,092 feet, offering scenic views and a
rewarding outdoor experience.
