The Apocalyptica Plays Metallica Vol. 2 Tour 2025 is coming to the Orpheum theatre in Los Angeles on Friday, February 28th, 2025! Apocalyptica is a Finnish band known for their unique fusion of classical music and heavy metal. Formed in 1993, the group originally consisted of four classically trained cellists from the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. They gained international recognition with their debut album “Plays Metallica by Four Cellos which featured instrumental cello covers of Metallica songs. Over the years, Apocalyptica has expanded their repertoire to include original compositions and collaborations with various vocalists and musicians. Their innovative approach and distinctive sound have earned them a dedicated fan base and a prominent place in the music world.
