Gas Assistance Fund

If you’re having difficulty paying your natural gas bill, the Gas Assistance Fund (GAF) may be able to provide you, or someone you know, with a one-time grant.
To qualify for the Gas Assistance Fund, you must meet the following income requirements:
For each additional person in your household, add $14,160.
*Includes current household income from all sources before deductions.
These income guidelines are effective July 1, 2022 thru May 31, 2023.
To apply for a grant please contact a local agency from our website to set up an appointment.
The agency will request the required documentation and complete the application.

Funds are available on a first come first served basis until funds run out. Grant awards and income guidelines
are only applicable for the 2023 program year. The natural gas bill must be in the name of the applicant requesting
assistance and the bill address must be the applicant’s primary residence.
All Eligible Customers $400 Maximum Grant
Eligible Customers 55+ or 55+ in household $500 Maximum Grant
