The Museum of Riverside Heritage House is hosting it’s annual Ice Cream Social this Sunday!
Save the date for the long-awaited and highly anticipated return of the Ice Cream Social! Enjoy a FREE scoop or two served by some local celebrity scoopers on Sunday, May 19, 2024, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at Heritage House (8193 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside). During the Victorian era mid-1800s to early 1900s), ice cream socials were fun summertime gatherings that became popular fundraising events for local organizations. Many Americans adored some of the same favorite flavors we enjoy today, including vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. So, come beat the heat in a good, old-fashioned way and take a step back in time for a family-friendly Victorian experience! FSA lot and street parking available.
